
OPPO Care+ Upgrade Plan
The OPPO Care+ Upgrade Plan lets you trade in your current OPPO Find Series device for the next-generation model and receive up to 50% of your original device’s retail price toward your new device when you upgrade within 15 months of purchase. Your device is also protected with 24 months of accidental damage coverage, including up to two repairs, safeguarding against drops, spills, and other mishaps while extending your device’s lifespan.

The OPPO Care+ Upgrade Plan offers a comprehensive solution that combines 24 months of accidental damage protection with a trade-in upgrade benefit. Customers may trade in their OPPO Find Series device within 15 months of purchase and receive up to 50% of its original retail price as credit toward a next generation Find Series device. To qualify for the trade-in, the device must be in working condition, fully functional, free from physical or liquid damage, and signed out of all user accounts with no password, PIN, or other security locks applied.
The plan provides 24 months of accidental damage coverage and 15 months of upgrade eligibility from your device purchase date.
The OPPO Care+ Upgrade Plan covers up to two accidental damage repairs. This includes damage from drops, spills, collisions, or crushing. All repairs must be carried out at OPPO Authorised Service Centres and completed within the plan’s two-year validity period.
The plan does not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, unauthorised repairs, cosmetic wear and tear, or software issues.
Bring your device and proof of purchase to any OPPO Authorised Service Centre. The centre will inspect your device and carry out repairs under the plan. This plan does not support international warranty service, so all repairs must be completed in New Zealand at an OPPO Authorised Service Centre.
Within 15 months of purchase, take or post your device to an OPPO Authorised Service Centre. If it passes the upgrade standards (fully functional, no major damage, and all accounts signed out), you’ll receive up to 50% of the device’s RRP toward a new Find Series device.

No. The OPPO Care+ Upgrade Plan is non-transferable and applies only to the device purchased with the plan.
All traded-in devices become the property of OPPO.
Once activated, the plan is non-refundable.
Please back up all your data before submitting your device. OPPO is not responsible for any data loss during repair or inspection.
The plan is valid only for OPPO Find X9 Series devices purchased through the OPPO Online Store (oppostore.co.nz)
