OPPO Care

The OPPO Care (N6 Screen Protection Plan) covers all accidental damage to the device’s inner and outer screens resulting from normal personal use, including but not limited to cracks, scratches, and display malfunctions.Coverage is limited exclusively to the display screens.Any damage to other components of the device even if caused by the same incident that damaged the screen is not covered under this plan. During the coverage period, each screen (inner and outer) is eligible for one repair only.

• The device must be new and purchased from an authorised retailer in New Zealand.
• The plan must be purchased within 7 days of the original device purchase.
• The device must not have any existing screen damage at the time of plan purchase.

To verify eligibility, customers must provide:

• After purchase, the customer service team will contact you to request the required documents for verification.
• The required documents must be submitted within seven (7) days of the OPPO Care purchase.
  
  

TheOPPO Care plan will become effective only after your purchase has been successfully verified. A confirmation email will be sent to you upon successful verification.The coverage periodwill be calculated from the date of payment.

During the selected coverage period, the plan provides one (1) repair for the inner screen and one (1) repair for the outer screen. Each screen may be repaired once only.

No, OPPO Care is non-refundable once purchased

No. The plan is linked to the original device’s IMEI or serial number and is non-transferable.

If additional damage not covered under this plan is identified during inspection,you will be notified and additional charges may apply.
